The BRC approved mayonnaise production unit lies within the Salads manufacturing location and produces a wide range of dressings and mayonnaise.
We offer mayonnaises and dressing made from conventionally reared or free range egg, with traditional stabilising systems or utilising 'clean' store cupboard ingredients that are increasingly required. These can be ambient stable or can be chilled through our in-line systems, according to the application and the product's recipe.
Our mayonnaise is used in a wide range of applications from catering, sandwiches, salads, savoury dips, fillings
or toppings. It is available in 2.5, 5 and 10 litre pails upto 1 tonne palecons.
Our customers for these products include retailers, foodservice, wholesalers and other food manufacturers.
